Head, HR/Admin

Job Location: Lagos

The Head, HR/Admin, provides strategic leadership in Human Resources and Administration, aligning people strategy with business goals. The role drives recruitment, employee engagement, organizational development, and administrative efficiency to enhance workforce productivity and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of HR and administrative strategies.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. 
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Direct office administration, logistics, and facilities management.
  • Provide leadership coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to HR/Admin teams.
  •  Collaborate with management to shape organizational structure and culture.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR/Admin experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and people management.

Preferred Certifications

  • SHRM-SCP / CIPM / Strategic HR Business Partner Certification (preferred).
