CHAIRMAN
Yele Okeremi, the founding and incumbent Chief Executive Officer of Precise Financial Systems Ltd. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland having previously obtained a Master of Applied Business Research from the same institution. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (With Economics) from the Obafemi Awolowo University.
He is an alumnus of Wits Business School, Johannesburg South Africa, where he completed NEPAD African Leadership Program, INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France where he completed the International Directors Program and also Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA where he completed the Owner President Management Program.
Prior to PFS, he had a successful professional career at Inlaks Computers before he proceeded to Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) as a Programmer/Analyst. He was the Chief Information Officer of Industrial Bank as at the time he left for Ventura Savings and Loans Limited as the Head, Systems and Logistics department. He held this position until 1994 when he founded PFS with Philip Ayeni, a Chartered Accountant.
As a leading icon in software development in Nigeria, Okeremi is also a member of the Presidential Initiative for developing the software industry in Nigeria and has previously served on the board of the Nigeria Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA). He is a Past President of the Institute of Software Practitioners of Nigeria (ISPON).
As a technology startup advocate supporting the promotion and funding of indigenous entrepreneurs, twice, he served as the chairman of the Local Organizing Committee [LOC] for Demo Africa in 2014 and 2015. Demo Africa is an initiative of the United States Department of State and Lions@frica to promote innovation in the technology field globally and connecting startup companies with investors.
Dr. Okeremi is an adjunct Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the NIBS University, Accra, Ghana. He is a Director of Uniswitch Nigeria, as well as Petroprism Limited He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Colton Group Nigeria. He is the incumbent Chairman of the Board of Arit of Africa Limited having served as a nonexecutive director of the company for many years.
Dr. Okeremi has a passion for the development of intellectual capital of the black race and continues to advocate his position that irrespective of the conditions of the black man, the black man is by no means inferior in intelligence to anyone else in the world.
MD/CEO
Ronke Okeremi is the MD/CEO of Arit of Africa Ltd, one of the foremost Information Technology Service Companies in Nigeria with nearly five (5) decades of experience in the Technology Business. The company is focused on delivering technology solutions & services to optimize the corporate value chains.
She is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Lagos and has a Masters degree in Information Technology. She is an Alumnus of the China European International Business School (CEIBS), a Fellow of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS) and a member of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN). An enterprise business expert focused on management, strategic marketing and corporate finance for business interests having a unique ability to multi task between roles.
Mrs Okeremi is an extraordinary leader who has a positive influence on her environment and a passion for technology and its adaptability to businesses. She has over thirty-three (33) years of consistent and unblemished career in the Information Technology field in which about Twenty-three (23) has been in management and leadership capacity.
Prior to joining ARIT, she had her career at The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd where she rose to the position of Head, User Support of the Information Technology Department. In 1996 when she left SHELL to join Arit of Africa as the General Manager, Business a position she held and rose to become the Executive Director, Business Development and subsequently the MD/CEO of the company in 2009.
Mrs Okeremi is passionate about selling & deploying technology to transform businesses. She has mentored many young men & women in the industry. She co-founded an NGO which is dedicated to supporting girls and young women in Science & Technology.
Mrs Okeremi is married to a wonderful husband and together, they are blessed with three (3) lovely daughters.
CTO/DMD
Olusola Ogunsola holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan and a M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the North Carolina State University. He also holds the prestigious Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Professional Certification amongst others. He is also an alumnus of the Institute of Directors having completed the “Certificate in Company Director” program.
He joined Arit of Africa in 2003 as a Network Engineer and later left in 2009 to become the Head of Technology at Converge GCT. He rejoined Arit of Africa in 2011.
He grew a team of engineers focused on PC Hardware and Structured Cabling to what it is today – a team of diversely skilled engineers, implementing world class IT Infrastructure business solutions. Resolving complex Infrastructure issues for SMBs and Large Enterprises. Optimizating processes and adding value to organizations, making them more competitive and efficient in an already highly competitive industry.
He set up various quality, technical and project management standards. These facilitated our adherence to international standards – and customer expectations, in the execution of various projects and contracts.
Olusola is a leading icon in the field of ICT Infrastructure and Security Engineering in Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa with years of experience in Presales, Design, Implementation, Support and Project Management.
ED- Operations
Olufemi is an accomplished business leader with over 18 years of experience in strategic development, operations, and business analysis across IT, finance, FMCG, and real estate. As Executive Director, Operations at Arit of Africa Ltd, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s footprint across three African regions.
He oversees operational strategy, drives cross-functional team efficiency, and builds trust-based partnerships with both private and public sector clients. Under his leadership, Arit has strengthened its positioning as a leading systems integrator, delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions and services. Olufemi also champions internal process optimization and long-term sustainability across business units. Prior to this, he held international roles at BNP Paribas, Lloyds Banking Group, and Capita in the UK.
He is also Managing Director of ESET West Africa, where his leadership spans a vast network of more than 170 partners, 1.5 million+ home users, and over 1,000 enterprise clients across critical sectors including energy, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, and education. A graduate of the University of Sheffield, with executive training from CEIBS and Simon Page, Olufemi is known for his people-first leadership and strategic foresight in emerging markets.

Wole Ogundare is a seasoned enterprise leader and the Managing Partner/CEO of Carthena Advisory (www.carthenaadvisory.com), a financial and management consulting firm specialized in creating operational efficiency, enhancing profitability, and building long-term competitive advantage across diverse industries.
Previously, Wole served as Managing Director of Yudala Limited, where he led the appraising, procurement, marketing, and sales of consumer goods through a hybrid retail model comprising 21 physical stores across Nigeria and a thriving ecommerce platform. Following Yudala’s transition to Konga Online Shopping Limited, his leadership played a pivotal role in the business transformation.
He worked earlier at Phillips Consulting, where he excelled as a Partner, managing the Governance and Finance Division, followed by a strategic role at Insight Publicis – Nigeria’s premier marketing and communications agency – as an Account Management Director. During his tenure at both firms, he led high-impact National and Sub-National projects across Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, and Rwanda.
With about 30 years of experience, Wole has established himself as a recognized expert in business development, market expansion strategies, policy/governance, and financial intermediation. His portfolio spans multiple sectors, including retail, infrastructure, public sector, maritime, IT services, marketing communications, telecoms, FMCG, power, solid minerals, financial services, health, and agriculture.
He’s a graduate of the University of Lagos and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a certified practitioner and trainer of Thomas International, UK, specializing in psychometric methodologies for optimizing human performance, and an alumnus of the London Business School.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of QMB Builder’s Mart Limited and Arit of Africa Limited.
