Quality Policy
It is the policy of Arit of Africa to achieve the highest degree of quality in the provision of its services that meet or exceed our customers’ requirements and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. We will accomplish this by continually improving our performance, safety, reliability and adhering to our management system and operational methods that recognize customer satisfaction as our primary goal.
The Company pledges to supply adequate resources to maintain and continually improve the quality systems as required to attain the quality goals and objectives defined by management and expected by our customers.
The management recognizes that quality best practices, places specific responsibilities on the Company to meet quality requirements.
We strive to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system and our commitment to customer satisfaction by monitoring and measuring our performance against company objectives and leadership through employee involvement. This concept represents Arit of Africa’s commitment to quality and the increasing need to better serve a growing and demanding customer base.
The quality policy has been formulated to serve as a reference base for the quality policies and procedures of Arit of Africa. It serves as an aid to continuity of practice and as a reference against which the current quality system can be reviewed and measured.
All Company employees are directed to comply with the requirements of the quality system and the quality procedures as appropriate to their work activities.
The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager has been assigned both the authority and responsibility to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the Company.
