Return Instructions Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit a Complaint
- Send an email to BSL@aritofafrica.com within 24–48 hours of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- If original packaging has been opened, item must be dead on arrival (DOA) or factory defection.
- Include clear photos of the delivered product as evidence to support your claim.
Step 2: Await Authorization
- Once your claim is reviewed and validated, we will guide you on the most appropriate method for returning the item.
Step 3: Track Your Return
- You will receive a return waybill number, which allows you to monitor the progress of your return.
Step 4: Resolution Process
- After we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will proceed with one of the following:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund (if neither option is feasible)
Refunds are processed within 2 weeks to allow for thorough investigation and verification.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been altered from their original state or opened by unauthorized personnel.
- Items with damaged packaging or those placed in conditions that may compromise the integrity of the product or its carton.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse.
