Return Instructions Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit a Complaint

  • Send an email to BSL@aritofafrica.com within 24–48 hours of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging.
    • If original packaging has been opened, item must be dead on arrival (DOA) or factory defection.
  • Include clear photos of the delivered product as evidence to support your claim.

Step 2: Await Authorization

  • Once your claim is reviewed and validated, we will guide you on the most appropriate method for returning the item.

Step 3: Track Your Return

  • You will receive a return waybill number, which allows you to monitor the progress of your return.

Step 4: Resolution Process

  • After we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will proceed with one of the following:
    • Replacement
    • Repair
    • Refund (if neither option is feasible)

Refunds are processed within 2 weeks to allow for thorough investigation and verification.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Products that have been altered from their original state or opened by unauthorized personnel.
  2. Items with damaged packaging or those placed in conditions that may compromise the integrity of the product or its carton.
  3. Products that are damaged due to misuse.
