HR and Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

The HR Officer and Recruiter manage the company’s end-to-end recruitment process and supports HR operations to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The role ensures compliance with company policies and fosters a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment databases.
  • Support performance evaluation and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet departmental staffing needs.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR and recruitment experience.
  • Experience with HR software and ATS tools is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

  • SHRM or CIPM certification (preferred).
