Job Location: Lagos
The HR Officer and Recruiter manage the company’s end-to-end recruitment process and supports HR operations to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The role ensures compliance with company policies and fosters a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment databases.
- Support performance evaluation and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet departmental staffing needs.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR and recruitment experience.
- Experience with HR software and ATS tools is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications
- SHRM or CIPM certification (preferred).
